The policy of ATNS is Zero Tolerance to Fraud. Corruption, fraud, theft and maladministration or any other activities of a similar nature will not be tolerated.
In addition, such irregular activities will be investigated by the application of all remedies available within the full extent of the law, as well as the application of appropriate prevention and detection controls.
These controls include financial and other controls and checking mechanisms as prescribed in the policies and procedures relevant to the activities of ATNS.
It is the responsibility of all employees and suppliers of ATNS to immediately report all allegations or incidents of corruption, fraud, theft and maladministration.
In light of this, ATNS supports a completely confidential Fraud Hotline where employees can report all suspected incidents of corruption, fraud, theft or similar crime relating to actual or potential losses to the designated officials/through the designated channels. An independent service provider with expertise in this particular area of operation is managing the line on behalf of ATNS.
