Within our business model and strategy, we are acutely aware of our external environment and how this is continuously evolving. Most recently, global aviation has been severely impacted by COVID-19, as we continue to understand the pandemic’s longer-lasting impacts and how to best proactively future-proof ourselves against the devastating effects of other large-scale external disruptions.
