• She joined Kenya Airways in 2020 a GM for the Southern Africa where she successfully retained operations during the COVID crisis and improved revenue streams. Teboho consistently increased revenues performance & shifting share, driving operational efficiencies through collaboration with partners and stakeholders, implementing cost effective solutions to improve profitability and meeting customer needs and the market demand. Her responsibilities include leading multi-cultural and cross functional teams to execute business strategies and operate profitably.
• Teboho held various Commercial roles in the Aviation and Transport and logistics industry. Her career began in a financial institute ABSA and continued SAA, SA Express, Skynet Logistics prior to joining Kenya Airways. Teboho was a Non-Executive director at BARSA and supported BARSA in creating and enabling operational environment for airline members in South Africa and currently serves as a Trustee at ACS. She holds a BPhil Honors Degree in Marketing Management IMM, Diploma in Marketing Management IMM, MDP Certificate GIBS and a Project Management Certificate Wits Business School.
